I’d just like to thank Marstar and Wolverine Supplies for taking care of a warranty matter on a rifle I had recently purchased from Wolverine Supplies both Payam and Heather were very helpful and had the matter resolved in less than 3 days. Thanks so much both of you.

Marstar is hands down the best...Payam is awesome and I cannot believe how lucky I got with finding some hard to find parts. He went above and beyond despite the HORRIBLE experience with UPS. When I say horrible, UPS is absolutely, and I can't stress this enough, the dumbest bunch of tool sheds to walk this green planet but Payam made the whole mess better. Awesome dealing with Marstar, they are a class act all the way around ..... They will be my first call in future.....guaranteed.

The above ads have been paid for by Marstar, a company that was reviled here just a year or so ago.

People have short memories.

Being a Union Thug, I too recall a certain fiasco of not so long ago,

How is it that one of the largest package delivery service companies in the world that generates almost 74.1 billion U.S. dollars in revenue and had a net income of about 4.4 billion in 2019 they are called the "dumbest bunch of tool sheds to walk this green planet?"

On a lighter note I received a very nice Browning X-bolt in 6.5 Creedmoor, through Prophet River and look forward to a range day soon

I recently purchased some 7.62x39 and 7.62x54 ammo from Marstar and they were awesome. The ammo was at the door within a week. Pretty great considering it was mid covid.

Hey all,
I really appreciate all the kind words and positive comments about us and the changes we're making. It means a lot to us and tells us that we're on the right track.

One of my favourite things about being in this industry is our community. You guys are awesome to work with, and of whether the feedback is positive or negative, it is always welcome and I guarantee you that we take all of it seriously.

There are those that will always remember Marstar in a negative light, I accept that, and those of you who do are absolutely within your rights to form your opinions, I've said before that I will not suppress the messages of those who criticize us. New customers deserve to know who we are, and this is a part of our past. Keeping the name was a decision we made and we understood that this it would follow us for a long time, we'd rather be honest about it than hide behind a different name.

I also appreciate the kind words about me, but I'd like to remind you that I'm just one part of the operation here. The changes we're making are working because there is universal drive from everyone here to improve. I'll pass on the compliments to the team this friday as a nice way to end the work week.

You guys have made my day, Thank you.
Payam

About UPS, in my opinion, out West here they suck. I think geography plays a big part in their service. Last year we ordered a wedding cake stand from a place in Ontario and they shipped UPS. After hearing nothing for 2 weeks, we contacted the shipping company who told us it was refused to be signed for. We asked them to read us our address they had on file (all correct) then ask where they tried to deliver it to. NONE of the info from our address was the same as the attempted delivery address (well, except the V that starts all postal codes in BC). They said if we wanted it we would have to pick it up from their depot in Kelowna where the attempted delivery was made... an 8 hour drive from our place. After a bunch of back and forth, we convinced them to hand it over to Purolator and we got it 2 days later.

On a more related note, I had ordered a couple times from Marstar in the past without issue. Not long ago I was in need of a couple small internal gun parts. After one e-mail, the person I was corresponding with moved my items into the category on the website for lettermail shipping without issue so I could get them shipped for much less than standard. So, I think of them in a positive light
