Just curious, I just noticed this little statement on Marstar website "Sold out until further notice" under the Norinco M305 pic. I never noticed that note before. Has it always been there? If not then this is very suggestive.....suggestive that more m14 might be coming....when? No one knowns.....but......I thought Marstar said their are sold forever, no more M14s, case closed.

I would like to know the percentage of items that Marstar has advertised that are "out of stock", "temporarily out of stock", and "permanently out of stock". I say this because they were "permanently out of stock" when I was looking for a Norinco Colt Woodsman and I asked on this site where I could find one and the next day they had them again, but with only one mag. Seems suspicious/shady to me.

Sounds like marketing gimmick: last ever! No more! This is your last chance. This creates the excitement, the thought that you absolutely must get it or you won't ever get the chance again. Remember how quickly the 2007 stamped M14 were sold? I bought one, I regret I didn't buy two. But now sounds I might still get the chance. Marstar perhaps is a great company that does a lot for the shooting sports but it is still a sales organization, they sell, they profit. They wouldn't sell guns if there was no profit there.

Lucky Westerners.....when they do shows up, snatch one fore me.

Phone them and ask if you can put a deposit down for one. I asked at the counter two months ago, they acknowedged and stated a delivery time frame of June 09.

June 09??? YOu're kidding! This is good news, very good news, rinco M14s with FG stock. Perhaps Marstar has similar deals going? John did mention a lot of stuff from China in matter of weeks....which he said few months ago but the suspense is intensifying.

What does a Norc with an FG stock look like? Is it fibreglass? Anybody with pics?

Too many people posting text off their Blackberries typing with their thumbs. Shortening real words and substituting acronyms for real language. Sheesh! The internet has done enough to the English language without compounding the misunderstanding.

I doubt you will see anymore Norc M14s soon but you will likely see them in about a year. There are at least 3 sources that I've heard are working on bringing them in. The problem appears to be the "quality" of remaining M305s and the fact that they lack some parts.

There is a ton of M14 stuff on the horizon for Canada and these rifles are just one part.

Perkin's in Pembroke is saying that he'll be getting in 12 rifles. Six with black fibreglass stocks and six with an unknown camoflage pattern. Price as yet unknown, but initial estimates are around $490

I'll believe it when I see it lol.
