Marstar....Numrich

Numrich is great if it can get past Customs, never had any problems with them. I have had good service from Marstar too when I phone in. Good luck!

Has any one had problems ordering from Marstar or Numrich, Ordered from Marstar week and half ago (still Nothing). Ordered from Numrich today we will see what happens at border. Now Tradeex was fast.

after a week and a half , i would call marstar to check on the progress .

they did forget my order once and when i got the parts , it included parts i didnt order but normally marstar are good.

Ordered some walnut replacement grips from Numrich this year for a Star pistol. They had them here in less than a week. No issue with customs, either.

Last time I called Numnuts they hung up on me when I said the 'C' word - Canada.

Numrich was professional and fast. They had zero issue dealing with, or shipping to a Canuck.

I would order from them again for any harder to find bits I couldn't get here easily....

I needed an extractor for a Ruger P-85: Ruger wouldn't sell that part & wanted me to send the slide to them, Brownells wouldn't sell it. But I ordered online from Numerich and it was here in about a week. For a small part, I have no problem ordering from them again.

I got bad wood for a lee enfield from numrich, repaired, badly stained in varied quality. I didn't bother trying to exchange it, so i cant comment on service. Shipping got nabbed at the border and had to pay exchange. If I remember right I got in an argument with the wife the day the shipment came in, and it was raining too... :runaway:

I have ordered from both, and certainly Marstar's biggest downside these days (actually it always has been) is that they only have a small fraction of the items that they advertise. Their website is not in any way tied to what they have in stock. If you are looking for milsurp parts for the classics like the Bren, or the FN C1A1s, don't hold your breath looking for many of the listed items....it aint gonna happen.

I have always been happy with the service, and the product received from Numrich. The ability to order online is great, and they don't even flinch at the C(anada) word. The only downside to their operation is beyond their responsibility; they are on the wrong side of the border.

I called in an order and have been waiting for over five weeks for two pistols from Marstar. The pistols were in stock at the time and are still in stock according to the website. The pistol registrations have been here for just about three weeks now. I have decided to give them another day and then I will simply call the RCMP and tell them my pistols are MIA. I had the same problem with their lazyness to ship when I ordered an M305. That one took four weeks. That is the last order they will get from me. I might as well add that they sure do not waste any time on putting the charges on my credit card so somebody is there...

Took me 6.5 weeks to get a VZ-58 from Marstar. Why is it so many gun companies have terrible customer service? I can think of a few sponsors of this sight that are just horrible. And we take it in the hoop everytime becase we're NUTZ:D

Marstar says my pistols are still there as of Friday. They said it is the CFC/RCMP's fault because they did not mail them a letter saying that the guns were registered to me now. Then they had the nuts to tell me they will see if they can get them out to me next Wednesday.

I am sooo close to getting the charges reversed on my credit card......

Anybody other than Marstar ever get the privelage of having the CFC send them some sort of official document saying that the gun is now not theirs? I have not ever. What a load of bs.

I think that's an Ontario thing - remember they're trying to live and work in the Communist Utopia at the Centre of the Universe. Not at all like the rest of us, we just have rules - they have a social contract.

The following is, in fact, a picture of Ontario's CFO. :jerkit:
