Marstar Stocking AR-15 "Pistol" Mags

OK here's a question for BOTH. Do they have the long springs in them?

There were only a small quantity of magazines (in the very first importation) that had "short" springs. This was an error at the manufacturer, when someone in production grabbed the wrong box of springs and accidentally used some of them in the assembly.

Everyone who contacted us and indicated they had a problem has since been sent free replacement springs.

All shipments since that time have been correct and we have not had a single reported problem (of any kind), with any subsequent magazine shipments.

All of the inventory that Marstar, TSE and other dealers have is current and correct (ie: proper length springs, etc.).

I'll hazard a guess and say he is mad / envious that his sks or vz858 can't have 10 rounds ....

marstar's price is $34.95 it's in the new items arrival section

Perhaps if Marstar had something that even remotely resembled responsive customer service (as opposed to the 'black hole' that is their email in-box) ...but life is much too short to be doing business with a company that ignores repeated attempts by potential customers to contact them.

They really ought to take a few pointers from folks like Mark at Questar.

They have this fancy invention that came out years ago called a telephone.

Do people still use those telephone things? I thought they had died out... making all that ringing noise... static... hang ups... wrong numbers... what a waste of time.

Didn't e-mail replace the telephone?

If you're a web-based business that posts email addresses for 'Orders@' and 'Sales@' on your site that you don't bother responding to, you deserve the scorn of lost customers.

My personal experience with Marstar in this regard is not unique ...others on CGN have made the same observation.

10/4 on that one 95% of my sales are via email.
its a goosd way to make sure u have all the info

And I was one of those... thanks again Mark :)

Now back to Marstar's AR15 mags... there's a question that's been burning me for a few years... what the heck is those "M16-011 Top Quality OEM AR15 mags 5.56x45mm 30* New $85.00" ??
since I believe 30* = 30/5, then why the 85 bucks ?
I think Marstar should revise the pricing on those 30/5 AR mags, unless these are gold-plated or autographed by Eugene Stoner !
Sorry John, i'm just joking... please don't ban me from your customer list.. .still have lots to order from you ;)
