This M99 shoots not bad. In May, 2006，Pakistan army did a test for couple of sniper systems, the Norinco M99 shot 1.2MOA at 900 meters, but they didn't have good ammos for this rifle at that time, so I believe it could shoot better if feeding the right ammos.

I don't anything stopping this coming to the CDN market. With Chinese businesses $$$$$ TALKS bigtime. Marstar could bring these in as long as the order was big enough. Also they would be NON-restricted.
