Morning Everyone,
Wow! Talk about a thread to walk into on a Tuesday. I'm glad to see that we're on track with the changes we wanted to make, and I *sincerely* appreciate all the great comments. I'll share this thread with the team here and let them know that we're moving in the right direction.

Not since we launched the new site, shipping quotes are done automatically at checkout when you fill in your province and postal code.

They are actually great now. Purchased a Perdosoli Sharp 1874 , a Pietta .45 Colt.
We are many at our club shooting 45/70 Sharp and Rolling Block repro. No complains.
 
I've purchased a few "things" from Marstar over the years. Even when "Grouchy" was the main man.
Never had any issues.....
 
I ordered a rifle from them this fall and all I can say is that it was shipped fast and orderly, and it came packaged up very well, no issues on my end. I was apprehensive originally after the problems the company went through but I'd say they've turned things around, I'll be shopping with them again!
 
Marstar has offered nothing short of extraordinary customer service to me and several other shooters I know. They special ordered Pedersoli pistols for us and the process was painless. As a result, I most recently purchased a Pedersoli rifle over the holidays from them - I believe in buying quality products from people who offer quality service. Only regret is should have purchased a second rifle at Christmas.

As for Payam, he is a stand up guy who is supporting shooters and frankly I will buy from Marstar again.

Just received two restricteds from them. Marstar was fast with the transfer and shipping but then they sat in Ottawa for almost two weeks with Can Post then another week in Richmond.
