Does anyone else have a MAS 45 .22 trainer?

I have one but the ejector doesn't work. When I open the bolt the empty just kind of flops on top of the next one in the magazine.

It has a bit of a sighting issue too, it shoots too high so I need to alter either the front or rear sight.
 
yes there are people that have these rifles . my guns work fine . the front sight blade should slide out to the front after depressing the little plunger . replace with a higher one. unless someone dicked with it .
pictures of the problem areas would help.
 
Thanks, I'll try that on the front sight. I have a spare bolt too, some parts of it are okay but somebody filed a small part of it off for some reason.
