I bought my sling from e bay a couple years ago. It was only $25 if I remember right
It was made in India or something like that.
Ya it's not an actual German one but it also wasn't priced like one either
Maybe they quit selling them? I should have bought the 5 for a hundred bucks deal they had!
 
Yeah Ive seen some of the repo ones on there. Might just have to get one of those since the real ones are way to pricey for my liking.

I love checking out the markings on the barrel shroud to see what factory it was made in, some of them got scrubbed and only the serial number remained

Wow bro, that cleaned up well! I've still gotta get the packing grease cleaned out of mine. Nice to see you picked yourself up a belt carrier ;) Now you'll just need a link loader..the fresh belts are super stiff. Such a great piece, definitely built like a tank. So glad I snagged one from Wolv too. Nice pics btw!

Yeah seen those for 1K on ebay...lol... Is your CH hard to #### ?

I haven't come across any for a palatable price yet either. Decently stiff, I'm thinking it'll loosen up a little once I put some rounds through it. I have a Kriss Vector that was almost impossible to #### until I'd put a few hundred rounds through it and cleaned it thoroughly several times, then it opened up quite nicely. How's the trigger on yours?
 
Havent dry fired it as the bolt doesn't slam home. Again I actually have no clue on how these are supposed to work...lol...

I see it was test fired, so maybe once the belt is in and its loosened up it will work better.

Im hitting teh range on the 1oth feb so will see how she goes :)

Dont #### it with it on safe as it will jam the bolt, dont close barrel shroud with barrel out of it . Feed paws can be a pain when loading. She is no C6

Well already closed the barrel shroud with barrel out of it... I was looking on how it all fit together. and was pretty hard to get it opened after...lol..

Trigger is horrible. I thought it wasnt working since the bolt doesn't slam home as hard as I thought necessary. but all I needed to to was pull harder...lol... Will try my trigger pull gauge and see what its at...lol...
