Match bullet weight variances

I picked up some bullets in the EE recently and they arrived yesterday. The bullets were a 225 grain match bullet. Out of curiosity I weighed a few on my digital scale and they were off by about 0.2 grains so I decided to weigh them all. Over the full box 60 or so bullets), there's a variance of 0.7 grains. Is this normal for a match bullet? I really don't care much, not like my life depends on the stuff but it did get me thinking. What do you consider to be acceptable?

That happens to me all the time. From Speer, Hornady and Sierra all match bullets that I had purchased was the same, the worst being Speer.

Normal for me. And acceptable for what? If competing or trying for your best groups you can always build in batches and group Bullets by weight. And cases by weight and length. Any variables you can take out the more accurate. Just up to you
