Where can one purchase and have properly installed a match grade chrome lined 22inch M305 barrel in Canada? Is this even possible?

Criterion makes the barrel you are probably after although you will need a USGI or springfield M1a gas lock and castlenut for flash hider as the threads are different than norinco

The wolverine kits are a good deal for a parts kit. Ranging from heavy used parts to brand new. The GI barrel isn't match grade. If you want a USGI heavy barrel you need one of the SAK heavy barrel. But, they're hard to come by. Agree with Thomas on what he suggests, listen to him.

Came back and read this.. a couple of points

chrome lined will not be match grade ... you will not be able to cut the chamber .... only swapping bolts will you be able to change headspace ... only by a bit

a heavy match grade barrel you will have to cut the chamber ... min go (tight)... go ( min) ... go plus ... and you will still have your buddy with a match grade bolt gun out shoot you

Chrome lined will allow you to shoot more rounds before barrel wears out ... better for corrosive ammo ( simplified)

The Nork barrels are not that bad...if you go through all the accuracy mods, it will be a good shooter.
