Hello,i know i little bit in black powder,igot a knight revolution,but now this Mauser m71/84 cal 11mm(.43) is a different beast
I need somme info to reloaded those carthridge,
what else do i need.
what recipe i need,the wad is use for purpose,need lub too?
Is there a book step by step,for reloading that ammo,thanks

Buy a copy of Lyman's BP Handbook and Reloading Guide. BP is loaded by volume. No .43 Mauser data, but it gives a good how-to.
.43 Mauser. AKA 11.15x 60Rmm Mauser and 11x60Rmm Mauser. There's some load data on Reloader's Nest. Including some smokeless powder data. Uses a .446" cast bullet.

Expensive shooting. Shooter's Choice, in Waterloo, Ontario, lists Bertram brass at $78.95 per 20.
RCBS, Redding and Lee make dies. Lyman makes a bullet mold. None of it is cheap though.

Great cartridge, I'd suggest slugging the bore, M.T. Chambers makes .446" and .450" bullets for these in any hardness.

if you want to cast your own and shoot it with black powder you will need an appropriate lube for black powder which does not contain any petroleum products.

hi.i check oder post .43 mauser. still dont know,the way to charge bullet,why i should use wad,and lubrificator,do i need a drop tube to load,sometime you need more information. thank ,for your help

If you are using black powder, there are ways to safely reload cartridges and it has been covered here, but basically you must fill the case with BP compress a bit and have no airspace in the case. For smokeless, you need to find a powder that works best in the big case, because you don't fill the case, best powders are prolly AA5744, SR 4759, Trailboss. The bullet should be soft cast and a good Black powder lube should be used for both BP and smokeless loads.
