Mauser Anti-tank rifles

Here is a copy made by Sweden. It's called M/21 and I have read that is considered by some people to be better made than the original Mauser.
I know there was at least one in Canada, but was exported in 2001, together with the huge Thomas Thorvald estate collection.

Do you think a Sierra 8mm HPBT would hold together at those velocities? The original tungsten bullets probably have a better BC anyways...

What was the barrel life on these?

I'm guessing that the barrel life was a bit better than the soldiers life expectancy.
 
Mauser anti tank

There is another one in the officers Mess,Saint John Armouries New Brunswick. Been on the fire place mantle since WWI. And it still works.
