Mauser Bayonet?

Will a Mauser k98 Bayonet fit on my Israeli 7.62 mauser? Is it the same rail?

It depends if it was the original profile on the replacement barrel. I know of some that were made from recycling .30.06 Browning M1919 barrels. (NRA Article on Israeli target rifles in the 1980's).

Israeli Mausers are FN made copies of the K98. Should take the same bayonet.

my Israeli takes the German Bayonet no problem.

Yes, it will fit.

Why not pick up an Israeli S84/98 refurb or even better an Israeli M49 for it.
