The seem to have a kinda of the same action but different sights, wood, recoil pads...

That part on the Rigby, the c 0 cker piece, has something sticking up. Is it a new peep sight option ?

Mauser makes actions for Rigby, they might even be owned by the same parent company.

That's a Rigby pattern peep sight (costs almost 3500 CAD).
