Mine: Older single bar version, now wrapped in a $30 universal camo kit. Took about 10 years, but it's just starting to fade in color over the last couple seasons.

Weve tried a few and this one is the best! Has the recoil reducing backstrap, makes for less fatique in the hands i plan on buying another one of these and outfitting it the same once i get into 3 gun competitions

Post your pics guys i know more people have this bargain boom stick either that or most of you have too much money

I'd post but mine is beat to s**t with a shabby stock cutting job!

Nothing to see here, just a cheap shotgun that took a beating and still runs without a hitch!

I have put more real life use into that gun than anything else I own.

But go ahead and post all your fancy range toys, with their impractical add ons. :p

Impractical add ons? Side saddle holds more ammo.heat sheild stops the wife from burning her hands the adjustabl stock so my dad can shoot it as well as my little brother, the universal high vis sight becouse the wife has trouble seeing the bead
Everything is practical and this thing bouces around in the combine and sprayer for shooting the odd coyote

You need a full belt & a side saddle for ammo? Where's the war at?

heat sheild stops the wife from burning her hands

Why not just teach her to not touch the barrel?

the adjustabl stock so my dad can shoot it as well as my little brother

Seems legit, not my cup of tea though.

the universal high vis sight becouse the wife has trouble seeing the bead

Is that just one of those magnetic deals? If so I stand by my comment.

Really my comments were aimed at all the pistol grips, as I find nothing more useless on a shotgun, but since you want to discuss.............

And the :p face at the end of the post was meant to signify poking fun at you guys. Relax a little!

The full belt I posted in one of my other pics is mine and i use it for shooting clays at my buddies it just makes things easier
And the heat sheild ya she shouldnt touch the barrel but some times her hand brushes against it,so this is easier then her #####ing and complaining if she does
The high vis is just one thats is friction fit on the barrel around the bead 1000 rounds or more so far and it hasnt moved yet.this is her gun and everything on it makes it more enjoyable for her too shoot and if shes having fun that means i get to stay and shoot longer so in the end it benefits me as well,as far as just the pistol grip goes im not a fan but thats why i dont own one they tend to hurt my hands

i love my Maverick 88 i use mine for rabbit hunting its a nice light gun and low recoil but that doesn't help with my aim haha but for there price there way worth it

Just picked one of these up, had a day at the range with it.50 rds of slugs and buck to break it in.That pistol grip makes no sense, totally useless. Now I have the regular butt stock on, looks better, and has to be more user friendly and accurate.Seems like a good value for the $.

Engraving

A before picture of my "88". I took it apart to get the receiver engraved with my initials

And after, 5 Dollars a letter was not to bad to pay.

Painted it camo and threw on a Hogue Tamer pistol grip and a S&J Velcro side saddle. Real inexpensive but great value for the price as those reading this thread would agree!
