Max pressure in CUP or PSI

another thing to be aware of in terms of saftey in actions is thrust on the bolt. a lee enfield does not have the action strength (although the barrel may be just as strong) as a new 700 in .308. the case head will push backwards on the bolt harder in some cases/chambers depending on caliber even at the same pressure level.
 
That is another reason i want to keep the pressures as low as i can.
