Are you seeing big changes in the loads from virgin to once fired?

I will be going tomorrow to fireform some of the ADG brass using a basic known load at a lighter charge with 165 ABLR's. 65.54 grains Ramshot Grand OACL @ 2.965" In my X Bolt M. Pro LR. LOL those are my cheap bullets....
