Maxus 12 gauge

I'm thinking of getting a do-all shotgun for turkey, trap and possible goose in the future. Was initially thinking a browning silver as I really like the look of it. As I'm looking for a 12 gauge camo semi that shoots 3" I was shown a maxus as well, as the silver camo only came in 31/2". Not fussy on the looks but dealer said it has superior gas system and will eventually replace the silver. I admit the length of pull on the maxus suited me better, which I guess is more important than looks. Never owned a semi before and was wondering if anyone had issues with their maxus cycling the light trap loads. Thanks for the help.

One of our club members has shot dozens of rounds of trap and skeet with his Maxus, with no problems at all using 3 dram target loads. According to him, he hasn't cleaned it at all since he bought it. I actually prefer the fit of my SX2, but I haven't used the gun very much to this point.
