Those hats look great at hiding a DA or bouffant hair. Jeez, the guy in the foreground looks kind of like my CSM.

The M44's are not surprising - the Russian army uses them alot ceremonially, almost as often as the SKS.

Btw, I think they should do the same thing here on Nov 11, have the army march down a main street in period uniform( full battle dress) with the appropriate arms. Start at the front with war of 1812 & end at the present day. Would really give the vets a treat me thinks & tweek the anti's to boot(they would soil themselves at the sight of a bren).

That sounds like a great idea. Maybe a petition should be started and forwarded to Parliament, the war museum and National Defense.
