For those who is doing it for the first time - please remember to follow the same format:

- who (your screen name)
- what match did you shoot
- your rifle, sighting system, ammunition brand and type
- your score for this match. Please break down 3-position score into individual scores for each position.
- any other related information, such as weather conditions

- Cool and Cloudy, Winds 17km, mostly tail wind. Some cross wind.

Winds were nice when I first arrived, picked up and affected my score a little. Oh well, shooting in perfect conditions gets boring sometimes.

Benchrest, This ammo is long enough when bolt is closed
the lead sets in the rifling gives better accuracy than
the ammo that does not go in the rifling.

The black cicle of the target is too large for my front globe. Next time i will use target with the 8 ring black instead of the 7 ring.

Jason, you cannot just shoot some match and expect everybody here to follow. Not everyone knows what ISSF, SFC, RTS program etc. - be patient and offer new match for dicussion. Rules and target will have to be included in our rules thread. I like ISSF matches but hey - some people only have scoped semiautomaic rifles, and most of us do not have all other shooting jewellery and garments.
 
Okay. The link to the 50 yard target is dead again -- if someone can point me in the right direction I'll happily download the correct target and try again.

I don't shoot benchrest, however, so it still looks like I'll be excluded. Suggestions?

20 yard 3P or 20 yard prone matches are there - at least you will not be competing against yourself. There is at least one year worth of historical scores for both. If you don't mind competing against scoped rifles though, because we allow any sighting system in our matches. And, just to keep maches fair, please no ISSF jacket, boots, pants, slings, gloves etc. Just normal clothing please.

You cannot shoot 50m 3p here - matches designed around typical canadian 20 yard indoor range. 20 yard targets are tailored so that most of them emulate 50m range, and to my knowledge, 20 yard SFC RTS targets are far bigger than what we use here.

Solution to broken links would be to sign up into our yahoo group and go to files section and download all targets from there. I created that yahoo group specifically to keep our own library of targets and to keep track of "best ever" scores. Link to yahoo group is in our "rules" thread, I suggest you read them rules too.

Good luck. Someone just have to beat Jack :D

50yd irons target is unobtainable

dryfire and all. Direct link to 75 foot smallbore target is not working. If you login to yahoo group here http://ca.groups.yahoo.com/group/gunnutzrimfirematches/ and click on files you will find this target under "20 yard off-hand 50 yard irons" name. I saved all targets there a while ago. There is one fella CGNer who may be helping us in regards to targets - someone who can build them in vecotor format. Until then use our yahoo group library.
