Mayhem Sale Starts May 28! Prices like you have never seen

No thanks, I want a receipt stating what I get and what I am paying at the point of sale.

I don't get to change prices on my customers after the fact.

I ain’t no salesman but I have a good deal where I can’t find anywhere else that’s 20 percent and some are only 10 percent! No offence, their computer crashed without airbags!
 
I can live with the change to my invoice from full price to discount price when they process my order. There is nothing to it. At the end - I end up having a great deal. Thats what matter.

Good man, I can’t believe I am like stealing a candy from a kid, if it wasn’t for 20 percent off deal I would not fix my broken 10/22 barrel, so happy with the deal.

Hi Wanstalls. What is your ETA to replying to inquiries sent via contact page on your site? Unfortunately swamped at work during the hours that you are open hoping to confirm a purchase I made on your site and have an invoice emailed to me so I can EMT you the funds.
 
Why do people ask the same question repeatedly without bothering to read either the ad OR this thread?


21 pages for starters... and I get it. I have 3 phone calls into them, 2 emails into them, and an unanswered post on here. I get it, they are busy. Smiles and sunshine and hope for the best.

I feel for Wanstalls. I'm close enough... I may just go in and give them all a big hug.

Umm, The majority of the questions asked here are not answered on the flyer.
IE:
"What is your ETA to replying to inquiries sent via contact page on your site?" (2 posts before yours)
"Will the website be fixed before June?"
"Is there a discount code or something?"
"Or you pulled the used firearms from the site because they're not part of the sale?"
"How long is the wait-list of the BC registration times now"

"What is your ETA to replying to inquiries sent via contact page on your site?" (2 posts before yours) - We are currently receiving upwards of 100 emails per day while processing and shipping orders, we are quite back logged, we have no eta on responses at the moment
"Will the website be fixed before June?"- No, as stated in this thread, place your order and the discount will be processed on our end
"Is there a discount code or something?"- No, as stated in this thread, place your order and the discount will be processed on our end
"Or you pulled the used firearms from the site because they're not part of the sale?"- Historically we haven't posted used guns online, our new site will have a used section
"How long is the wait-list of the BC registration times now"- That is a question for the BC CFO, generally if you call in and wait on hold you can pick you gun up within 24 hours, 1-2 weeks otherwise

That may be the nicest piece, lucky Man! I manage to purchase the 10/22 barrel and I’ve been wanting one for a long time, finally I get to teach my son how to safely operate a firearm! Thank you wanstalls, hope you do it again!
 
I wanted to leave a quick bit of feedback.

With all the chaos surrounding the sale and the website's performance issues, I didn't get what I ordered, as it was never actually in inventory. I was initially a bit miffed, but after speaking with staff, I completely understand. They were apologetic and concerned about their reputation, and patiently explained things to me, despite probably having a similar conversation with a lot of customers.

I will definitely give them another chance.
