If I was going to bring one in I'd use Prophet River. I think you can order direct from McMillan. I do not know if they give gunsmiths a discount, which could be worth something!

I got my McMillan A5 from Red Deer Shooting Centre. It was inletted by ATRS. Both would be worth a call.

McMillan uses 2 places for importing, Corlanes out west and another place out east.

Have things changed? I ordered my Hunter Edge direct from Mcmillan in Jan 2014. I picked it up at the post office in June of that year.

When I bought mine, they had to be imported by either Corlanes or ### Int. I went with Corlanes because it was closer to me and a bit cheaper from what I remember.

No one in Canada has ever had an exclusive. At one point Corlanes tried to convince folks of that.

Anyone willing to fill out an import permit can bring them in. I'd skip that mess and order one from Gary.

Cold day in hell before I'd give Corlanes or RPI my money.
