They are also a licensed ITAR exporter.

Gotcha. But there must not be much to ITAR other than paying a fee then because mcmillan only wanted an address and credit card. Is the US govt just trying to add another gun tax with it?

B&C has a sporter model called the Duramaxx, but it's just a pillar bedded sporter.

SSS will ship small parts to Canada, but not full stocks (exceeds the $100 ITAR limit).

Along with the form how much will you get dinged by customs? I heard there was an additional $250 per item that had to be paid.

Just tax on the purchase price/declared value on items made in the US. Duty may be levied against items manuafactured outside NAFTA. Percentages vary by item, and country of origin.
