Anyone out there using a Mcmillan stock with the edge technollogy ?

I'm building a super lightweight set-up but i still want a good sock with the features i like.

McMillan are able to do the A5 stock with integral cheek piece just under 3 lbs. However, i'm little concern with the stiffness of the Mcmillan stock with the edge technology.

My other option is a Manner full carbon stock.

I have an A-5 with adjustable cheek and butt as it sits with the magnum fill is over 5.25 lbs, when I ordered it was asked what caliber and told that if you order the lighter fill and it is used on a cannon there is no warranty. mine was for a 338 Edge as a side note have ordered a Game Scout for a light weight pack-able version of the same caliber so just make sure you know which fill they suggest for warranty reasons.

I've got a edge fill McMillan sako classic on a 300wsm. It's stiff enough, very little flex. I doubt a A5 would have any? If I remember correctly 300 magnum was the upper limit they recommended for the edge at the time. Mine is glass bedded and I haven't had any issues with it.
