Do I understand correctly that these folks are no longer the Smith and Wesson Service Centre for Western Canada?

They packed up shop two years ago or so. I don’t know who took over.

MD Charlton hasn't been the S&W warranty center for a long time, Murray Charlton was for a few years, but he retired.

The only SW warranty center is Grech Outdoors. They are probably the slowest and most incompetent outfit I have ever dealt with. After six months of having my gun they fixed one out of two issues and shipped the gun back. I was so tired of them I didn't bother complaining.

I believe Wortner Gun Works in Chatham On still works on S&W revolvers. Not a warranty centre but they do great work
