I am a fan thoroughly impressed by mine. 200 rounds today and no lose takedown bolt like some have reported.after reading all the drama on multiple post on the SLR... my spot came up on preorder and i just canceled. Way to much problem for a 1000$ receiver set.
I guess it needs a third screw.
You have no idea how anything works.
It is better to remain silent and thought a fool, than to open your mouth and remove all doubt.
You likely won't. I don't work with any companies that think just pushing the button makes the parts.Hahaha YOU again! I wanna run into u in the industry sometime XD but i ain't working in saskatchewan like ever..
In theory, the nord-lock would be the ticket, but the external diameter of the washer wouldn't fit in the bolt hole in the receiver.
There isn't enough 'meat' left to take the hole out large enough to allow the use of the washer.
I guess it's back to purple Loctite, +/- split washer.....
Sigh......
up to around 400 through mine so far, I don't have the loose screw problem
I am beginning to think that a number of issues is with owner error and not the product.
Perhaps try a star washer with a thin aluminum washer? Place the aluminum washer against the receiver side to act as the sacrificial surface.

For instance. Mine went together no problem, apart from the trigger, which I was prepared for going in. Lucky I had a stock r-15 trigger kicking around, which is actually pretty good. My parts all went in as to be expected, I r mechanic though so I’m pretty used to this sort of thing. Got my headspace checked out thanks to Tier One Armory, thanks again for that. Mine ran an assortment of ammo ranging from 43gr to 55gr, factory and my handloads today with no malfunctions. It was a terrible day for accuracy testing, gusting ever changing wind so I just tried a bunch of combos to see what worked. Everything did, the 43gr shot poorly, not surprising but the 55gr stuff showed promise, going to try some 75gr I made on a better day. The fit in finish is good, I’ve seen nicer, not quite ATRS level, but much better than BCL. Most of my mags fit, a little tight in the upper on some, had some C-prod. pistol mags, an IWI pistol mag, and the factory R-15 mag, couple were a bit tight, the R-15 mag drops free. Really my only complain is that I wish I had it this summer. Got plans to go out looking for coyote tomorrow so we will see if it gets fired tomorrow or not.
