MDPL Going down hill

Hi all,

Been away from the MDPL for a little while training with the forces, I heard from a few people out there that it's gone way downhill from what it used to be. If there are a bunch of hey-seeds shooters that will bring it down for sure. I do not want to shoot with a bunch of Donkeys! If you know what I mean. Please let me know your feelings on this matter......:sniper:

I've been to all the shoots this summer and everyone has had a great time. Best you go back to your training whoever you are.

Wait a sec.

You went away for awhile.
You came back and heard that it has gone downhill? So you are complaining about the level of expectation of the shooting group w/o actually shooting with them?

I heard that 1911's suck from a guy who knew a guy..... Guess I'll never shoot a 1911 cause I heard they suck...

Go shoot with the MDPL and THEN decide if it has gone downhill. That like some people who enjoyed our ODPL nights when there was only 3-4 of us shooting on practice nights, but when that number grew to 8+ that meant far less shooting per individual (time constraints). Those aformentioned people didn't like that, so they stopped coming out (Guess it must be going downhill then right?)

If the Kernal means we're in the downhill run towards the Provincial Championships then he's right!! :dancingbanana:

Next match is Sat Sep 13th, 6 stages, bring 100+ rounds.

Season closer/championship is Oct 11th. Check out the action on www.mdpl.ca, register to see the photos and get in on the message board there.

Things can't be too bad, this guy seems to be having fun:

I'll be the donkey doing the BBQ. Do we want to try chicken burgers this time. Terry can't make it but I'm in her good books having won an Armalite hoodie at Virden for her.

Bob Colleen is going to be disappointed Terry can't be there. They won't be sitting the lawn getting a tan while we're doing all the work.:D

I called FN Sports on Monday and I had the replacement part (trigger bar spring) by Wednesday. A huge thank you to FN Sports!! Got me back in action in time for the IPSC Provincials last weekend.

I know FN Sports gets trashed on here but they're nearly gold in my books (now if they'd just drop the HK pricing by about 35%...)

Well Well,

When one of the big guys says it's going downhill it must be! because he can out shoot most people on the range. I just wanted to know what everybody else had to say. I really don't have time to play will clowns and donkeys not to say that I'm good shot.
