There was nothing indicating a back oder when I checked out. Not sure how a factory second gets manufactured to ship? Lol oh well. Guess we will get them next year sometime.
 
I am getting a bit confused with this whole ckye pod scenario. I ordered a factory second but now received an email stating they hope to ship that order by February 28th, 2021. It showed in stock when I ordered. I would rather there just be transparency, ie. we are blowing out the remaining parts inventory of the Gen 1 and are doing so at a great deal, however, be advised that a 2 1/2 month wait is likely.

The email never eluded to what was back ordered as I know many things on the order are in stock. I can only assume its the ckye pod.

Maybe MDT can clear this up for us. Still remain a huge fan, phenomenal company, great customer service, products second to none.

I’m happy to wait. BUT mine was also in stock and also got the email saying it was BO when I ordered and no indication of same
Might be a cross over issue between USA and Canada.
 
Thank you for the messages, guys. CKYE Pods are being worked on right now, and factory seconds are Gen 1. The February date is not a CKYE Pod; it will be another item. wish that I had seen that the factory 2nds weren't the new gen. I was going to buy the non-blem version until I saw the the factory seconds still in stock.
I need to work less and read more.

Typically it's some marring or an issue with the finish, and a minor one at that. Anything major would be getting reworked.
 
so I just got my order of 6 magazines. MDT still continues to impress me. The IT tech issues aside (yes I was obviously able to finally place an order -LOL) I received my package and got a free t-shirt/mag loader/chamber flag in the package. I know it is advertising for them, but its GOOD advertising! I love when companies do this sort of thing. Although I am selling my MDT Chassis as it just doesn't work for my application, I will be a return customer to them over and over again. Yes I was paid to say this by good customer service and free unnecessary swag...that is all. Keep up the great work folks!

Got my stuff today too, thank you for the goodies! I love the hybrid poly/metal mags, and they work great in both my older LSS and a new 700 PCR as well.
