Same issue happened to me over a week ago, called MDT to make them aware they said they could have been compromised by a hacker. Ongoing issue perhaps.

BF sale doesn't start until Thurs, sign up to their Enews letter and never miss a thing. Unlike some businesses that get you to sign up for their e-news and then never forward anything to you.

We have tested out the wazoo; if it crashes we are gonna need a new wazoo.

You mean hopefully, there's more factory seconds? I don't think that's particularly a good thing...

Factory seconds are first come, first serve, and we take every measure to level the playing field as much as possible. Last year the issue was the website which crashed, and then some people were able to get one, and some weren't. But yea, on the factory seconds front we are always improving our quality control to eliminate factory second items.

Unfortunately, we shut off our phones during the sale. We have tons of staff on hand, but with an unknown amount of phone calls and e-mails, we pick e-mail so we can keep going long after people call it for the night. The website is the place for orders.

Make sure you can log in - my account is disabled. I sent a support request to MDT to unlock - hopefully, my account can be made available before Thursday...

It's just a password reset on the account. We made a change in our back end, which locked some accounts. You can always check out as a guest. Accounts only make the order visible if you log in, but tracking information and order confirmations are still sent as long as the e-mail is valid.
