how many rifles you got?

I got 1 x lss off the EE for my savage 223 for a great price. Then they came out with the xrs chassis for the cz455, so i got 1 xrs for the cz and another xrs for the savage 10t 308. I prefer it to the lss due to comfort, shorter length of pull of butt, and the fact that the vertical grip insert places my smallish fingers closer to trigger vs the premium vert grip on the lss.
 
I hope to start peaking down the rabbit hole this Fall when MDT does their once a year Black Friday sale.... so far it'll include a chassis, 2 mags, and a bipod

If you have the fixed rifle stock interface on your LSS you can purchase the short rifle stock which gives a minimum 12.5” LOP.

I have an LSS-XL for my Savage 12FV in 6.5 Creedmoor.
An XRS for my CZ457, and an ACC Premiere for my Ultimatum Deadline.
 
i have the fixed stock interface, but thats not really a big issue for me. My main issue is that the XRS vert grip is the perfect size/position for my finger to be on the trigger without stretching. With the LSS premium vert grip i have to stretch to get proper finger placement.
 
I was watching a guy shooting his rimfire 457 in an ACC LSS chassis and a wooden MDT grip. It was obvious that the trigger position was MUCH too far forward - he could barely reach the trigger with his finger practically straight forward. Something about this chassis/grip combination puts the trigger shoe much farther forward than, for instance, a MDT ACC with the MDT adjustable vertical grips.

The LSS and the ACC are 2 completely different chassis systems. I own one of each along with a CZ457 in an MDT XRS.
Neither system puts the trigger further forward than any other chassis system.
The wooden AR style grip is an odd choice for either one of those chassis systems.
I am using the MDT Elite Vertical Grip for both my ACC and LSS.
My hands are quite small and my trigger finger is at a 90 degree angle.
 
There are so many grip choices on the market because people have such different hands. That shooter may have needed smaller or more vertical grips. The wooden MDT is not a small grip!

Position makes a difference too. If you're mostly shooting standing or mostly prone then what fits best changes and you have to test in the position you're going to use.
