Hi Everyone,
I have a CZ 452 Varmint in 22LR that seems to have an issue (see above) that I can't quite figure out. I started out with CCI SV and it really didnt like that so I picked up some SK Standard Plus and then SK Subsonic more recently.
Both of the SK rounds shoot very well at 50 yards (let us just call this a one holer for fun - maybe not a .22 sized hole but it looks like a bigger hole) with the exception of 1 round for every 5 shot group. The thing that is frustrating me is that the "flier" (issue could be me) is completely random. It can be in any position around the regular group (above, below, to the sides, etc.) and any of the shots in the group. I have had the first round be an inch high and then the next 4 settle down into a nice group. For those who may not know the CZ 452 varmint is different from the other CZs as it has one action screw and one barrel nut, this might be a contributing factor.
Thanks for any assistance.
