Nothing fancy but lot's of good eating!I filled my LEH moose draw tag saturday with a small bull from 5-02C.Hunting was tough it was warm and windy and the rut was delayed a bit because of the weather.The bull I shot never made a sound while coming to our calls,he came in from 750yds away over an open willow flat just before dark.Not a good spot,it was midnight before we got him back to camp. It was pitch dark when we got the truck back to the area he went down in and with the amount of work to be done pics were the last thing on my mind.My partner's quad has no lights so we had to bring the truck to the moose rather than pack the moose to the truck.It added a bit of time to the whole process.He went to the meatcutter at 433lbs.
