I have the cabelas 1 3/4 hp. its to much grinder for me lol, the thing is a beast and a boat anchor. It stuffs sausages and pepperette sticks fast, and does the double grind fast. To be honest I have no need to buy a seperate stuffer, im happy with the speed I can stuff sausage and the texture of the sausage that comes out. I double grind on the course plate for my sausages and they come out great, put the seasonings in after the first grind, mix then regrind it the second time with the same course plate with the stuffing tube attached, right into the casings. Anyways If you watch the cabelas website they come on sale 1-2 times a year 20% off
