I bought some 10 rounders for my 1911, and they have a stop tab on the back of the mag that doesn't work with my magwell. Gonna have to break out the grinder and get to work making them fit. Also gonna have to get some bumper pads

I tried to install bumber pads warning that steel is tuff. I broke a drill bit trying to drill a small hole in the base plate for the tapping screws for the bumper pads. So I went to canadian tire and bought I think it was a carbide bit guaranteed forever, and guaranteed to drill all metals including stainless steel.

Well I was able to scratch the blueing before my wonder bit broke to.
