To the Customers and Supporters of One Shot Tactical Inc and Neit Arms Inc,

It is with mixed emotions that effective the 4th of June, 2011 I am announcing my resignation from the position of VP of One Shot Tactical Inc after such a brief stay here. I have accepted a position with another Canadian Company, North Eastern Arms, full time to assist in the growth of that company.

I am glad to have been able to bring the products and customers from my former company, Neit Arms to Darren and the staff of One Shot Tactical. I am also proud of the work I was able to provide as a member of OST. Still my heart has always been with the “Bigger Picture”, product development and not the retail side of things. I am glad that I am able to leave my work in the hands of professionals that do it for a living (and do it very well), while I am able to move back to the work I am best at.

I’d like to thank OST for the opportunities they have provided me during my time with them. It truly has been an excellent experience and I know that I will be able to take the skills that they have given me on into the future.

It wasn’t until the merger of One Shot Tactical and Neit Arms that I knew that my company would be fine without my supervision. I leave knowing that that my former company, Neit Arms, and the products that we brought to One Shot Tactical, as well as our customers will be in good hands. One Shot Tactical will continue to grow and provide the level of sales and service that they are known for.

Sincerely,

David McFaul
VP One Shot Tactical Inc
Former CEO Neit Arms Inc

I am very honored to call both Dave and Jeff my friends, and am always amazed at how they both conduct themselves. There was no ill will on any ones part, and every ones best interest in mind when this took place.

I can say that this is a good thing for everyone involved, especially the Canadian and International firearms community.

As much as I'd like to have Dave stay on with us, I know he can serve the firearms community even better in his new position. He will be able to create even more new products and bring awesomeness to life.

We've already been discussing new projects and I'm very excited about what future holds for NEA and wish only the best to Dave.

Dave has always approached his work with passion and I want to thank him for everything he has done for us.
