I held off saying anything about onsite camping because this year it looked a mite questionable due to ongoing range improvements (berm work and such.)
However, that phase got under way early this spring and by the end of this week they should be finishing up the new berm isolating the 100 yard range from all areas to the west. Accordingly, there will be plenty of space for camping - more than we have ever had before, in fact, because camping can now take place north of the 100 yard firing line, rendered safe by the new berm. As an alternative, if they can get the "back gate" (at the extreme south-west corner of the cowboy action range) widened in time, camping may instead be sited on the grassed area directly to the west of the MHRRC range property - in that case, trailers and RV's will proceed right through the cowboy action range and set up to the west of the chain link fence ....
