I am thinking of the Pelican verion of your case.

How did you get the foam custom fit like that? Looks like the edges are nicely rounded etc.

I just followed the instructions that came with the case; chalked the outline and used a long, thin bladed utility knife.

I'm not convinced the Phantom works better than the factory part, and it's longer to boot.

I'm also changing back my Phantom 5C2 FH for the standard one.
Only because I can't put the CF-issue BFA with it ('cause I sometimes bring my upper to army exercices... )

But my impression is that the Phantom is as good as the standard A2 FH.
Plus, i really like the "DNA extraction" capability of the 5C2

It's the same rifle you saw me using at the Pitt Meadows courses in May - the only difference is the new BUIS in place of the Larue.

I guess now I'll have to start tricking out that second 6920.....

It is a nice Rig for sure I ordered a Defensive Edge Sully stock for mine it should arrive next week .I my have to order a Centrion BUIS like yours I really like the Dioptic sight I priced the HK unit its about 169 .00 US .I will have to MD a call I like the Storm Cases they are very well made . Well post the pics on your second build I look forward to seeing it .BTW you should put some other colour on your AR you know like Yeager said "Dude Black is so like last year " LOL LOL

It's been my experience that Brits call them Armalites, much the same way "we" call them AR's.

And looking at Stony Plains proximity to British training areas, that's a possibility?
