Sorry for the newb questions here... I'm very interested but lacking some basic knowledge.

It's the receiver part that is restricted/non-restricted correct? Which does this fall under?

Then I need to get a trigger group, barrel, and stock?

The lower receiver is the part of the firearm that needs to be registered, and is restricted.

In addition to the upper and lower receiver, you will need a trigger group, bolt carrier group, charging handle, barrel, buffer assembly with stock, hand guards and some other odds and ends.

Oh, and that Nickel finish is ###Y!

Those are ###y rifles. Like the vid. Looked like the guy at 3.08 was sporting some CF gear.
 
Is there any chance that you would be bringing in the Young Manufacturing BCG? Saw it in the SHOT SHOW 2012: MEGA ARMS 308 Semi Automatic Rifle thread pics looks pretty slick.

EDIT: woops just saw in the same thread your post which says later this year we will be getting the option to buy the YM BCGs and barrels from MA-TEN. Any idea of when that might be??
