I am a new hunter with literally no one around me who has ever hunted. I live in Quebec and would love to meet someone who feels like passing the Torch. I shoot alot to be prepared for when i get the chance to shoot game. I appreciate your time , thanks a million

Anyone in the Calgary area looking for someone to help get started with hunting? Must be ethical and respectful.
Experienced deer and bird hunter in Saskatoon considering going on day hunts within 150km of the city with another hunter for white tails, upland or migratory birds for the 2023 season. I'm familiar with most of the pastures and wildlife land within 1.5 hours of the city.

Looking for Coyote hunting friends around Edmonton area. I love to shoot and i've been out for sheep, elk, and white tail already this year. Took a white tail on archery a couple years ago too. I'm not even really sure where to start with Coyotes but i would love to bag some.

I'm new to pretty much all this (firearms, hunting) but my primary objective for the next few years is actually to train my dog. She is a 7 month old Nova Scotia Duck Toller. I have no idea if she will take well to hunting, but that is kind of secondary for me. The trained dogs I've seen who have gone through hunt training are incredibly disciplined and I feel like it's fulfilling to them as well. Whether we go hunting or not in the long run doesn't matter as much -- I am hoping to find some guidance and mentorship from those who hunt with dogs, retrievers mostly, and if possible, Nova Scotia Duck Tollers.

Have some property in NS (Truro/Stewiacke area), that could be used for mentored hunting. Definitely some nice “1st deer”, even if the monsters are farther away.
Easy access, can probably sit in a few areas at once, so a small group might work.

Experienced hunter and back country user...... in the past I have offered myself as a mentor but now I have a request for a mentor myself
I am looking for a person or small group that can show me the ropes of elk hunting in BC.
I can travel anywhere , have a grizzly 550 atv , a lifted Jeep XJ hunting rig and a custom 8ft hunting trailer
completely self contained with all the gear for getting anywhere, anytime.
So here's the thing. I am somewhat disabled and that affects my pelvis and lower back. I manage that with perscription and health canada licensed cannabis. Some may balk at that but most other hunters I have hunted with have had zero issues.
I am declining in physical ability but I am very capable and have excellent bush sense and skills.
On my bucket list is a mature bull elk..... I don't care if it;s a trophy animal, just a legal mature bull
I have spent all this time chasing region 2 blacktail and region 3&5 mulies/whitetail and region 6 moose but the only elk hunt I have been on that was successful was a region 7 cow draw. One success out of 3 draws.
I am looking for someone who knows elk and can take me along , someone who maybe might want to hunt blacktails?
I've hunted the same GPS coordinate for blacktails and hybrids for over 20 years now with an incredible success rate. I generally fill both tags plus friends get thiers too. Some very respectable blacktails and blacktail/interior mulies(west of fraser) hybrids run thru my area. They are meat hunts for me but I know some spots on the mountain where the big guys like to travel too.
anyhow, just throwing it out there.
I don't really have a hunting crew anymore as my former hunting partner is mostly in europe august to end of october. Don't really think it wise for me to pursue elk solo these days. I am a successful moose caller and would like to pick up calling elk as well.
I know how to keep a spot to myself as well. When I was shown my blacktail spot over 20 years ago, it was by way of some old timers who had hunted there for several decades. The father of one of those guys was the forestry planner for that area wayyyy back.... So well over 50 years of deer hunting success out of that camp. I didn't share it with anyone for years until those old timers were no longer coming up the mountain each year. They are probably all passed on now. Anyways, probably a long shot but figured I would throw it out there.
I can't hunt sheep.... which are also on my bucket list. I've taken a 40+ inch bull moose on my call...... a bull elk is till on my bucket list and I don't have many seasons left to figure it out and I'm too poor to be paying an outfitter LOL

I've never hunted elk myself, but would love to go some time. I'm pretty good friends with a guy who has a lot family in Vanderhoof so I'm sure i could get access. they want them off the property.
my friend always gets me to put in for the LEH cow elk private land draw. GOS is in the area sept 10-oct 9th (6 point bulls)
i know its not really "hunting" but I've heard of countless stories of them sitting in the cabin or the house watching over one of the many fields for the herds to walk though

New to hunting and Gun Owning. Couple range sessions to get my .22lr sighted and 12ga familiar with. Have small game, migratory bird, OFAH membership. In Perth County. Looking for some help in the hunting department. Probably going to Hullet Marsh once small game opens up. Interested in Goose/Waterfowl plus small game. Have a truck and can help load and setup decoys with direction. Coffee is on me.
I live in Ottawa (Riverside South). Relatively new to gun ownership. Got my license just as the handgun ban came into effect.
Super interested in going hunting but have nobody in my circle that shares this interest. My grandfather was a hunter in his home country but never hunted in Canada. Would love some mentorship and guidance as these are skills I would love to learn to pass on to my kids.

Hi, new to the Vermilion AB area, been shooting for a while and have been geese hunting once. New to hunting. I missed deer season this year, and wanted to make sure I have the proper knowledge to go out and do things correctly, wondering if anyone is willing to allow me to tag along next year to learn correctly. Deer or bird I'm game. More then willing to cover the cost of your time.
