Meopta Artemis 3000 4-16x44 Tactic

Well a couple of months a go I bought my first rifle Remington 700 .308 VSF. Then saved up for the most I wanted to spend on a scope Meopta Artemis 3000 4-16x44 Tactic. I figured it would be best to go for normal retical then learning how to shoot plus mildot. Now my problem is the one little paragraph of instructions is rather useless for some one new. Does any one have experience with this scope?

Sorry, how to use it would be the ? I did not remember Kelly at smoking gun zeroed the rifle when he mounted it. I went and read the 2bit insrtuction and all they told you how to do was zero the scope. Well it tryed that my self and mest it up. I thought i, you had to turn both nobs all the way in then remove the nob screw and zero the nobs. I spoke with kelly over the phone and it sounds like i almost got it rite but screwed it up. I was also wondering what the lines on th einside of the tube men/under the nobs? not the numbers and lines on the nobs.......i sound like a nob. I hate not knowing what i like so much.

Now that i think of it are the any rile shooting courses i could take? I live in Burnaby.
