Meprolight Washout Reducer?

Hey guys.

I was wondering if anyone knew where to snag a washout reducer for my incoming Meprolight M21 optic. I know they are available in the states, but I am unsure if it is possible to just buy one from there and have it shipped.. being a part of an optic. If anyone has any leads on where to get them in Canada, could you drop me a PM or a reply?
