merging SKS/FAL/AK

a fella down south has successfully merged a SKS with a FAL . its slightly different than the one our member is working on .
this one is a yugo, using an AK banana mag and a FAL back end so it kinda ended up looking like a cross of all three..... pretty cool .

At last! An AK-46 clone!

You could do a 5-round straight mag (AR-15 with AK follower) with FAL front furniture.

It is just a replacement for the fixed mag, but good for the SKS L4A4 conversion with the upsidedown receiver.

After reading the link you posted although it looks one of a kind with the AR mag but the builder claims that its has feeding issue and looks like it it might not be the best approach.

wonder the designation of that beast on the FRT? It's not an AK variant but FAL are prohib - but the SKS is not... so it should be non-restricted...right? Regardless, it looks horrid and wonderful - like a bad car accident... I cant look away!

i want one too but i would make it more canadian FN looking , i would adapt a FN mag and FN handguard.
