If you get a lot of page not found errors, you could have spyware on your computer.
Download AdAware SE 1.06 (click the update button then run a FULL scan. Delete anything it finds.) and if you have Windows 2000 or XP download Microsoft AntiSpyware. You should do some windows updates after everything is cleaned. If you have an illegal copy of XP (it asks for and fails validation when trying to run Windows Update), PM me and I'll tell you how to do Windows Updates.

After you get it all clean, run this CleanUp program, and when that's done, install and run DisKeeper for a complete defragmentation. Don't try and tell me you use the windows defrag program, it doesn't work. THEN your computer will fly!!! Let us know how mush space and files Cleanup cleaned! Make sure to run Diskeeper about every two weeks. If it takes longer then 20 mins, run it more often.
There is also two other programs to make it go fast, Hijack This, and Startup Nuker, but they are both for pretty advanced computer users.
