Message from CCFR / C-71 & Minister Blair's Mandate Letter

Everyone at the table is talking about everything but the truth: There is no room for the lawful ownership of firearms in the leftist utopia.

There is plenty of room for criminals there (heck, criminal culture and leftists go hand-in-hand), and until it is stated as plainly as a Trump would; this garbage is going to continue.

Everywhere the leftists take over, the first thing they do is disarm the public (specifically, the 'un-enlightened' depolrables).

Trump did say to take the guns and change the laws latter. Drumpt is his real name Trump is a staged, is just a carnival barker like the last four presidents. He and Merkel want the west to take out Assad and Russia will not Let it happen. WW3 is knocking,:bangHead: are we ready.

Really this could be classic Turdo and he is looking like he is doing something to the voting base all while actually leaving us alone and accomplishing nothing. Blair by mathematical laws cannot solve an oxymoron.
OXYMORON, better be careful, I hear , it looks like he is a major player " insider trading " in the pot , up in smoke industry.

I'm starting to think that the focus should be on stockpiling complete uppers, magazines and parts bags.
There has never been a better time for a stripped lower ar15 sale. Retailers take note.

A lower is something that is mechanically-insignificant yet easily confiscated, while a complete upper is a significant piece of the pie and is also completely un-traceable.

"they" know people will stockpile parts they don't approve of, they will use this a reason to go door to door and perform what will then be "legal" search and seizure. They have already trained for this. I wouldn't be surprised if they evacuated neighborhoods where a shooting or "suspected" discharge of a firearm takes place and start going through our homes. I am sad thinking of the world my children may have to grow up in.

the Libtards wont do ####,they're blowing smoke for their anti-gun woosie voters, good thing the Liberal party is on it's way to extinction, just like Ontario did to their Liberals.

I was talking to a guy from the Czech Republic a month back and maybe we should suggest to have the same firearms licensing as they have. I for one believe it would be ideal and save money/lives/our hobby. Such as:

-Certified number of hours with an instructor and supervised hands on certified range time.
-Psychological assessment with a psychologist.
-Background check.
-References.

Just a thought.

This is the type of appeasement that has gotten us into the mess we are in today. Every step you suggest is another tool that will be used to deny and confiscate firearms. How many hours? Ten? Twenty? Most agencies have maybe two weeks of firearms training so 80hrs? Psych test, why not a polygraph? What's the appeal process and who administers it, is it the same RCMP that loves to put it in our pooper? Don't the current background checks work or are they not invasive enough? What is the social cohesion in CZ, are they a united people with shared values or are they a dog's breakfast of whatever feelings are in vogue?

The crocodile is eating us one bite at a time, the end result is the same.

A lot of Bill C-68 were vague, still are and for a good reason. We still do not know just what many parts of C-68 are and the police and courts have no idea just what is the law. Bill C-71 is just the same , vague, waiting for some poor sap to be charged and the courts and Judges will determine what is LAW. Our record in court is not that great.

Well then what types of check and balances do the firearms community support?

An assault weapon is anything that has been used to inflict harm on another person. So are they proposing to ban white vans in cities, baseball bats, knives, tire irons, frying pans, rocks, 2x4's and every other thing that was used to kill or harm others?? A firearm is a tool which was designed and created to use for a specific purpose. Should someone use that thing for something other than its intended purpose does not redefine it. Its the person that is the problem, not the firearm. As we all have been saying criminals intent and actions are the issue. Deal with the problem directly.

So whats the word on what will hapen to pepkle who already own handguns and AR's, I own a couple of each worth quote a few bucks, will they just stop any additional ones being sold/registered/transferred? I cant imagine them going door to door and sezing all hand guns the ownership numbers are way to high. If they did try and seize the only thing they would get from me is the exact serialized part stripped.

You should lead an examination of a full ban on handguns and assault weapons in Canada, while not impeding the lawful use of firearms by Canadians.
QUOTE=Levon12345;15183892]Does not compute.[/QUOTE]

This 'computes' clearly if you remove the assumption that the term 'Canadians' refers to everybody, including you and me. I interpret this to mean that a full ban is being considered but Canadians who need handguns as part of their lawful WORK will not be affected. The government is the body that decides what is and is not lawful use. With the stroke of a pen lawful use will be defined as police and licenced guards....DONE.

I don't know which leftist utopia's you refer to. All the anarchists/hard leftists I know believe in managing your own security (ie firearm ownership and the right to it, the right to defend yourself against people who would do you ill) which is a shared value with libertarians, and distrust the government on this as much as you do.
As for "Criminal culture and leftists go hand in hand".... I'm sure you're trying to draw parallels between leftists and crime but there is no such data, crime is pretty universal over political stripes. I don't think anyone would want a "real criminal" (ie rapist, murderer, thief, other violent folks) in their utopia, no matter where you fall on the political spectrum. Trudeau isn't a leftist, he just parades as one. He's as center as they come.
