Messing around with the AR and new camera.

I was trying to do some modified VTAC drills at the range yesterday. 5 round mag limits suck for most VTAC drills and the drill I was trying is much harder than I anticipated. Anyway, I decided to take a little break and test out the $40 keyfob camera I bought off Ebay.

It looks like this:

I mounted it to the brim of my hat with the supplied Velcro. I still need to mess with it to get the orientation right but for $40 for an HD camera I'm very happy.

I'd say you got the camera orientation pretty good - much better than I did the first time out with mine!

I practiced a bit at home with it first, but it's still hard to get your hat the same way every time. I'm still quite happy with it compared to what others are paying for a GoPro...

Search the "Pistols and Revolvers" section. It is a great little camera for a decent price.

Check out seller "eletoponline365" on ebay and you'll see it for sale. Make sure you get the #16 DVR. Apparently someone on an RC forum designed it and this guy builds them in China. No problems with it so far...
