Metal Front sight inserts for Parker Hale PH22A

I also had a Lee Shaver suggestion but was confused with the PH22A description.
A search did not produce any results. Not wishing to sent someone in the wrong direction, clarification is in order.
My BSA has a PH25B rear sight and a PH1 front sight (IIRC).

Same O.D. diameter as for the PH1 front sight, 0.594"
Problem is I need at least 8 of the same aperture size for different rifles.
Lee shaver cards are $20.00 USD each = $160.00 USD + Shipping and GST/PST.
That is a no go for my club.
Worse comes to worst, I'll drilled the ones I have to a larger aperture so all the rifles can be used at the same time and at the distance the match is at.
Had Lee Shavers in a different size, not too crazy about them, flimsy.
