Any ETA on new stock?
Are the Polymer ones prone to breaking if dropped? I read that somewhere so went with metal.
I should have gotten more the first time around.

If you're talking about the couplers for the LAR .223 10 round mags, then yes, the plastic/polymer ones do crack/break if dropped. I broke 2 of them on my Tactical Rifle Course at Silverdale a couple of months ago.

I'm also looking to replace them with the steel/metal ones.

I too cracked a plastic one, the rounds in the mag just went flying every which way. So I'm in for a few metal ones, also, as long as they are priced right. :)

After mine bounced off the basement floor while practicing fast mag changes it went SNAP !

It was a four foot drop max.

What a pile of crap.

So... on to the metal ones ....

Need a bunch please hurry up and get them in.

Thanxs

The metal ones were all blown out because of people complaining they weren't as cheap as the plastic ones. New production? $30.00 each is probably a conservative estimate?

Looks like Canada Ammo has them in stock for $9.99 each

That's amazing!!! Everyone should be stocking up while they can. Perhaps these are a run that Canada Ammo is having made offshore. The original ones were made here in Canada were they not?

No idea. I ended up sticking with the plastic ones, and putting a thin band of black duct tape around where the connect to the 2 LAR mags. Works great, and the tape doesn't interfere with the mag well. Dropped a few of my mags since, and no breakage or disconnect so far.
