Metal SKS 5/30 RND Mags??

are these magazines any good? How do they work? Planning to get one soon.
Does the rifle function the same as if were the original mag?

Can't say with the metal sks mags, but the pro mags work really well. My sks came with one and I want another.

I had the metal SKS duckbill mags (back when I had an SKS!), and found they worked really well. Expensive, and funny-looking, but functional
