man that rifle is hot

but the length of it I'd say that it looks restricted, nevermind the full auto function!

yeah sure why not.. I dont see any range gun actually testing most rifles to their limits anyways..so if the price is cheap..and it will take genuine HK parts..why not?

I hope they make it better then they do VW's
Their GMs arent really nice either

By the way, did you guys even know that the Mexican government doesnt even have total control over it's territory?A Good chunk of it is in rebel hands

^yeah its been that way for a long time.. plus all the bull#### over the recent election. With leftist trying to overturn the results...even though they clearly lost...

cool!

If we can get a semi version for less than $1500, I'm in! I've always liked the G36 look...

and yeah, MPI read my mind... the serpent thing on it is no more lame looking than the "Bushy snake"!

It looks like the rifled portion of the barrel is no more than 10" long at most. That will result in low velocity, poor trajectory and inadequate terminal ballistics. At best it is a close quarters weapon.

I browsed the MP.net and I found the pic of the standard-length version:

Oh yeah... because Mexico is just rusty shanty towns and taco shacks selling Americanized Mexican food that's overcharged by 300% to rip-off stupid Yankees.

Mexico wouldn't have any Engineers, Architects, Designers and skilled technicians. Mexico wouldn't just happen to have normal people like you and I but only a bunch of hairy 4th grade drop outs that mow lawns and shingle roofs.

Now if you'll excuse me I have to club baby seals to death and then spear some narwhals to stock up on blubber eh. At least the beer makes it go down good eh.

Aint stereotyping fun?

Damnit... I want one. And I'm not letting some serpent god on my mag well put me off it either.

You're serious? Do me a favour and spare me from any further enlightening grade-school cultural sensitivity lectures.

And as it turned out, NO Mexico COULDN'T engineer a rifle like that, that's why they bought the tooling off HK. And designed a crappy logo to add that Mexican accent...

People keep going on about the logo? For christ's sake just take a file or some epoxy to it and then paint the damn thing if you hate it that much.

Hahaha, that's excellent!! The snake's tail looks like a big dildo! I wonder what kind of "Bush" that thing is the master of. At least the Mexican one doesn't look like a rubber schlong...

What don't you understand it is an HK.

Sure it is, except to those who think two letters namely H + K means something substantial. "Oh but it's not the real thing. In a world of compromise, I don't!"

PS  yourself

I'm not sure what you mean by K + K? Anyway I think we are on the same side on this one, I'm fine with this rifle being made in Mexico, it's still an HK in my books. I'd perfer to get a VW built in Germany but I'd still buy one made in Mexico if I had to. If we could get them I would but I doubt the state arsenal will sell to civie's.:(

+1 on that! Thanks much GarandLuvr, I laughed my ass off when I read your post....

However, to each their own. I've got a stag on the side of my rifle, but never thought much about how it looks. Some say the deer is queer- its all in the eye of the beholder.

They could have put a little more effort into making the serpent look better though....
