I took my 16" Core15 to the range today to test it out with MFS 223 every round was either failure to eject/cycle Fires find but only some rounds eject but seems to only cycle part way failing to chamber a new round or the round doesn't even eject.

I've change out the front sight with a low profile gas block could this be the problem? or is the buffer/spring to heavy? could my gas block be misaligned?

Who changed out the front sight/ gas block?
Sounds like it's not getting enough gas???

MFS is dirty, you should have got the piston??, not that a piston is any better.:p I don't want to feel the wrath of the DI gods.

Have you tried different ammo? Sounds like it's an issue with your rifle, not the ammo.
